6. Summary of challenges encountered

7. Discussion of treatment strategies

8. List of the major takeaways from the surgical experience

9. Images and videos that illustrate the case, its challenges, and surgical techniques applied (please remove ALL patient identifiable information)

10. Questions that you would like to discuss about the case
